3 Ways To Make Your Conservatory A Christmas Cave
Have you got that fabulous festive feeling yet? With only 10 days to go until the big day we would hope so.
Those yet to catch the Christmas bug need to do something about it, and quick! Perhaps stick on a few Christmas movies, nip down to the local Christmas markets for a mulled wine, or how about you decorate your conservatory for Christmas.
A Christmassy conservatory will have you racing to get out of bed on December 25th as it’s the perfect place to open all those presents.
We have 5 suggestions of how you can do it:
- Put in a Christmas tree
It is a very obvious suggestion and you may either decide to put the main tree in the conservatory or purchase a supplementary tree for the extension. Just measure up beforehand to ensure the relevant tree fits in the space and then go to town with the baubles, tinsel and lights. Oh, and don’t forget to add the customary angel at the top.
- Make some home-made decorations
Why not make decorating the conservatory a real family affair and have your kids help you out with creating some dazzling decorations. Think of snazzy snowflakes, rocking Rudolph’s, and tasty gingerbread men that you can apply to the glass of the conservatory or hang somewhere within the structure.
- Buy some seasonal scents
Your conservatory can offer both a Christmassy look and smell. There are various scented candles you can buy that offer festive-type fragrances – cinnamon, chocolate/spiced orange etc. Some branded candles even claim to have formulated their own exclusive Christmas scent, so give them a sniff before buying and light away for Christmas Day.
