Before the Project: Opening Prep & Groundwork
We conduct an initial site survey prior to each project we undertake to gain an understanding of what we’ll need to do and to quote you.
On receipt of an order confirmation, a full survey is arranged and carried out, where all the necessary measuring will be performed and any possible snags identified, so that when we come to install, it all goes exactly to plan.
When planning permission or building regulations approval comes into play, Permaframe will be happy to organise it with you and all the confusing paperwork.
During the Project: Where the Hard Work Starts
Anticipate the fitters turning up on time and giving you a warm handshake before they go over the work schedule so that you’re informed of the key landmarks of the project and know when it will finish.
Your safety is our number one priority, with all safety provisions accounted for so that no-one in the house is endangered and neither is the property itself. Pets and young children need to be kept away from the work area.
Surfaces will be protected by dust sheets and the team will tidy up afterwards. It’s good if you’re available in case we have questions.
After the Project: Presentation & Post-Installation Support
We’ll only leave when you are satisfied with what we’ve done, which is why we like to invite customers to inspect their enhancement and demonstrate it to them.
Once we know you’re happy, the 20-year guarantee certificate is passed on – product maintenance advice is available in a guide here.
As much as we try to make everything perfect, occasionally things can go wrong. If you encounter a problem with something we’ve installed, make contact with our aftercare support team for assistance.
