Permaframe Plays A Part In Safari Park Project
We don’t always work in isolation as some projects require us to work in partnership with other companies. This happened recently when we were called upon to assist with a project at Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire.
The popular attraction, which when opened in 1966 was the first drive-thru safari park outside of Africa, has seen the construction of a brand new visitor’s centre which required the inclusion of several aluminium products.
Completed together with The Window Outlet, it saw the installation of AluK bifold doors, two aluminium double doors, and two AluK SL52 curtain walling screens within the site’s multimillion-pound education centre.
“This was the first time we’ve worked with The Window Outlet, and we were hugely impressed,” said our Managing Director Richard Smith. “It’s really refreshing to find an aluminium company that’s being so proactive about customer service, making strides that other fabricators have been unwilling or unable to make – as installers, we especially appreciate the company’s commitment to quick lead times. It’s a testament to the passion and commitment of Ben and the rest of the Window Outlet team that they’ve been able to establish such an excellent business in such a short amount of time – and here at Permaframe, we very much hope we’ll get to work with them again at some stage in the future.”
The Window Outlet is based in Bristol and one of the most experienced and trusted aluminium suppliers in the UK.
It was a pleasure to work with their team and at one of the country’s best loved attractions.
