Welcome To Our Conservatory And Orangery Range
Conservatories and orangeries have never been so popular and it’s because of the current trend of householders favouring improving over moving.
According to a recent survey carried out by Moneysupermarket.com, many houses are being extended with either of these extensions to establish dedicated work spaces (a total of 31% of those surveyed stated they were extending for this reason.).
You might be pondering extending too if you regularly work from home and fancy a beautiful new work space, or it could be for a different reason entirely.
No matter what the motive is Permaframe will have a conservatory or orangery to cater for your needs due to the amount of scope in our home extensions range.
Here’s a summary of a few of our key conservatory and orangery styles…
Victorian Conservatory
The most classic of conservatory styles, a Victorian design is uniquely shaped, featuring either a 3 or 5-faceted bay frontage and a magnificent roofing system. Still reminiscent of the very first Victorian conservatories, our modernised Victorian conservatory will look beautifully at home when integrated into period residences and the newest of new-builds.
Lean-To Conservatory
Don’t automatically presume that you cannot extend your home if you live in a bungalow or property with a low-pitched roof. The compact Lean-To conservatory was specially created for homes like these and offers a surprising volume of floor space inside, despite its apparent slenderness on the outside. If you’re after extending in a hurry, a Lean-To can also be fitted pretty quickly.
Loggia Conservatory
Think you’ve seen every sort of conservatory style there is? Think again! Designed by the Italians, engineered by the British, the Loggia conservatory is one of the most beautiful conservatory’s ever developed. Perfectly plastered internally, it has amazingly attractive ornate corner columns and will leave you lusting to own one. Born in the 21st Century, the Loggia is a true revelation.
Tiled Roof Orangery
If you would prefer a partly glazed extension, rather than an almost fully glazed equivalent, an orangery is your best option as it contains more brick and less glass than a conservatory. The incorporation of a tiled roof into the orangery will help the extension blend into your home more efficiently and keep the space well-insulated.
